COVID Updates
There is really no sugar-coating the fact that 2020 is a pivotal year in our country and world. So far it's included a global health pandemic, shelter-in-place and lockdowns, the ensuing unemployment tidal wave and economic crisis, and in these past weeks the widespread anti-discrimination protests for systemic overhaul. So many big, BIG topics to address and solve, and none of them are what anyone would call "easy."
It's a huge amount to cope with, process, and act on. And accordingly, it has felt painfully clear that everyone is taking on more than normal, leaving most (all?) of us feeling more overwhelmed, troubled, anxious, and stressed in at least one way or another. So, we want to share some valuable resources from Mental Health America in case they might be of use to you or someone you care about:
- Anxiety and COVID-19
- Online Stress Screening Test
- Online Screening Tools for Anxiety, Depression, and More
- Finding Help
If you feel any of this resonates with you, I hope you'll consider checking any of the above links out. And please, as best you can, please stay healthy and as well as possible as we navigate our paths in these remarkable times.
